Anthonia brought her experience as a salon owner. Jordan brought his experience as a quant developer. Together, they started building tools for the business side of beauty.
Why we started dou
dou began with a problem Anthonia knew from running her salon: the work didn't end when a client left. Appointments, stock and messages all needed attention, often across different tools.
Anthonia brought her background in cosmetic chemistry and salon ownership. Jordan brought his experience as a quant developer. Together, they began building software around how beauty businesses work.
That is still the point of dou: help beauty professionals keep the business side organised so they can focus on their clients and craft.
