3. Service Description
dou provides a platform connecting beauty and wellness professionals with their clients:
- •For Professionals: create a profile, manage bookings, monetise content, communicate with clients, and access analytics.
- •For Clients: discover professionals, book services, purchase content, leave reviews, and manage appointments.
4. Bookings & Payments
- •Bookings are subject to provider availability and their cancellation/refund policies.
- •Payments are processed by a third-party PCI-compliant processor; you agree to their terms when using the Service.
- •We charge professionals marketplace fees or commissions as disclosed in your dashboard.
5. Subscriptions & Fees
- •Certain features require a subscription. Subscription details (pricing, billing, cancellation) are disclosed at sign-up.
- •You may cancel at any time; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
6. User Content
- •Ownership: you retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use and display it in connection with the Service.
- •Responsibility: you are solely responsible for your content. Do not upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, or offensive material.
- •Removal: we may remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- •Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- •Use automated tools (e.g., bots) to access or scrape data.

- •“dou” and the dou logo are trademarks of JAAC Collective LTD. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the quality of services provided by professionals on the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither JAAC Collective LTD nor its affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAAC Collective LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
